Handcrafted in Vietnam, and matching our Malta furniture ranges, but a useful addition on its own our Malta Footstool has the same Acacia Wood frame finished in a Light Teak colour with the Light Linen Taupe fabric cushion to complement. The cushion is deep enough to use as occasional additional seating from a comfort point of view, but also as its intended use as a footstool, turning any chair into a lounging affair.

Acacia wood is an environmentally friendly choice as it is a quick growing hardwood, and also tough and long-lasting, making it an excellent choice for outdoor furniture and the cushion uses our season proof finish, making this footstool perfect for outdoor use.

Product Care

Acacia Wood

  • Always follow the assembly instructions for your product closely.
  • Over time, you may need to lightly sand the top layer of wood and apply a wood protector to refresh the piece of furniture.
  • As wood is a natural product that can expand and shrink under different weather conditions, we recommend that you tighten the screws every now and then.
  • Acacia furniture will need to be shielded from the elements when not in use. Use a weatherproof cover for protection from the scorching sun or rain.
  • It is recommended that you store the furniture in a cool place through the winter that is not too dry.

Cushions

  • Always follow the assembly instructions for your product closely
  • To keep your cushions fresh, clean, and in sparkling condition store them in a dry place away from excess moisture, do not leave them out in the rain.
  • Sponge clean cushion covers with a clean sponge and upholstery shampoo and leave them to dry naturally.       
  • Our cushion bags are a great way to store your cushions and keep them in great condition when not in use. Do not store cushions in polythene bags as they may develop mould.
